A Ramp/Control list full of singletons and 2 of Instant/Sorceries that allow Peer Through the Depths to find what you need. Can function as a Fog deck against aggro with Fog, Cryptic Command and Snapcaster Mage. Lots of tutor chains and a decent amount of cycling through your deck and card draw allow this deck to take over if it manages to stabilise with a All is Dust or Cyclonic Rift. The numbers may need tweaking but you get the general idea. =)
