Kenrith, the Returned King Fish Hulk Consultation deck.

This competitive cEDH deck aims to win with Flash + Protean Hulk looking for Thassa's Oracle and Spellseeker which finds Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact to exile your library and win the game with the Oracle's trigger.

There is also the Ad Nauseam + Angel's Grace combo since Ad Nauseam can give huge card advantage and Angel's Grace doubles as a way to counter your opponents "win the game" triggers.

Kenrith is a step below tier 1 with Thrasios, Triton Hero + Tymna the Weaver having the advantage due to their lower casting cost. T&T can be recasted several times and gain you value earlier. Kenrith's upside is he packs a better plan C with reanimation getting combo pieces back and grinding value from your graveyard. On longer games and board stall he also has an advantage making your creatures bigger than your opponent's with counters.
