Thanks a lot for the feedback JakeHarlow I like a lot of your advice. I can definitely see the power of Glare of Heresy against control. I also agree with the Legion's Initiative choice, I personally just like the card. Anger of the Gods is the only one that I'm a bit scared to play because I wouldn't be able to use that card safely until at least turn five so i could Boros Charm my own creatures, I suppose I could Gods Willing my biggest creature but I just don't know. I still haven't built the deck, I ordered all the cards three days ago and am just waiting now.
I'll consider everything you said because you seem like a Boros kind of guy :). Once i get my cards in I'll test it at FNMs and with my friends and Ill say how it goes and how I'm going to update it.

I really like this list for a midrange Boros competitive deck. You've got a lot of threats. It also seems like you run enough removal. I imagine this deck does well in the current meta, but I'll go ahead and throw a couple of ideas your way.
Against weenies and rush tactics, I've found that Anger of the Gods is a real life saver. You might have enough removal on the mainboard to make it somewhat unnecessary, but it may still be something to consider.
One of a creature-heavy Boros deck's hardest matchups, in my experience, is against Dega/Rakdos midrange. I use Fiendslayer Paladin in this matchup, since he's hexproof against 90% of the removal spells in Standard, especially these colors. First strike and lifelink out of the box ain't bad either.
For control matchups, you've got a decent sideboard set up. Let me still throw one last pair of ideas out. First, Glare of Heresy . It will take out many of U/W control's endgame plays, like Elspeth, Sun's Champion or Archangel of Thune . It also handles Detention Sphere . You've got Boros Charm against Supreme Verdict , and that's awesome. Although there is another card, Legion's Initiative , that will help your field dodge a board sweep. You won't get your tokens back from Assemble the Legion , but it will make them 2/2 (not bad) while they're on the field. I've used it in the control matchup and it's really been of help.
Overall, I really like your list bro. Hope my ideas are of some small use to you.
If you'd like, you may view my attempts at competitive Boros builds, here, and here. They are very different strategies from yours, but they've done a decent job at proving themselves. Cheers!
