This deck's goal is to extend the game until the awesome late game kicks in. That awesome late game is Bruna, Light of Alabaster with Spirit Mantle, Angelic Destiny, and Corrupted Conscience attached. It creates an unblockable 10/10 infect. Lethal!
To get there I have Mana Leak, Lingering Souls, Timely Reinforcements, Oblivion Ring and the mother of all things control, Day of Judgment. Snapcaster Mage recurs all those.
If I get the chance between all the controlling I cast Thought Scour, Forbidden Alchemy, and Increasing Confusion to mill myself and find the cards I need. Snapcaster Mage is nice on the first two here as well.
Milling yourself is extremely important because firstly, it basically is an extension of your hand in this deck (especially with Snapcaster Mage), secondly, it is a great way to get Bruna, Light of Alabaster into play, and thirdly, it is by far the best way to complete the Aura combo with Bruna. Self mill here drastically increases the possibilities of attaching multiple auras to Bruna once she's out.
It is pretty uncommon that the win is with a 10/10 infect (but it is just amazing when it is, the looks on people's faces!). Sometimes simply casting Day of Judgment(s), then making tokens and attaching aura's onto them can win it for you. In addition, I have won multiple times in the past by using Corrupted Conscience on their creatures (Wolfir Silverheart with infect anyone?).
What I like about this is that you can be doing very poorly and just out of the blue get Bruna out and give your opponent one turn to do something about it.
