Deck wants to control the game and do dirty tings. Big items are Lavinia plus Knowledge Pool / Omen Machine to make it that your opponent's can't cast spells. Lavinia plus Dream Halls makes it so that you can cast big spells for free, and on top of that there's Deadeye Navigator + Palinchron + Blue Sun's Zenith plus cantrip effects to actually win.

Deck also features some land destruction, hoping to gain advantage through making opponent's mana rocks useless with Lavinia while still being able to use yours. Deck runs Teferi's Protection to live the land destruction dream.

This deck will likely see some revision, and some helpful feedback is welcome.

EDITS:

I thanks to comments I realised there was no Palinchron in the list so I took out Iona, Shield of Emeria with the banning and replaced it. Looking forward to making more edits like adding better rocks.
