Trying to make a viable competitive Bolas EDH list (At least low end competitive).

This deck tries for some basic combos. You go for Doomsday + Laboratory Maniac

Or you can go for any of the Splinter Twin or Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker combos to win as well.

Isochron Scepter is just value with many of the spells in the list( Demonic Tutor ). But with Dramatic Reversal you can get infinite mana and with an X spell ( Torment of Hailfire ) you can just end the game.

It may have been a bit greedy to try and play the Geth's Grimoire and Waste Not , but with a good Windfall or just Nicol Bolas, the Ravager   they both can value. Omniscience is in the deck for some high end style points.

This deck uses my card pool for the most part, so no Mana Vault or anything, but add if you want more power. I am looking for some advice on upgrading the deck without dropping another few hundred dollars on it. So additions under $100 would be preferable and anything Kamigawa to know I might have a copy of. I want to deck to be competitive, even if just on the lower end. In a vacuum I can get the deck to win on turn 4-8 fairly often as it currently is.
