First off, you probably want the full four copies of Fraying Sanity. I'd also recommend you have a look at Competitive Modern Mill by Peisistratos, you will find a host of useful info there.

Thanks friend, I saw the deck you was talking about, but in my opinion is too slow :). Mill have to close fast, and in his deck he have too mutch spell that mill and no defenses, like Crypt incursion or Profane memento. I thin than the nihil spelltomb is too slow, Ravenous Trap in my opinion is better :)

SentinelElf2711, no worries, but I'm not sure what you mean by no defence, Peisistratos deck uses 4x Darkness. This is a black fog, which can set your opponent back a turn for one mana and give you the opportunity to mill more, admittedly this isn't that helpful against burn. In terms of a direct suggestion for your deck Manic Scribe is cute, but Mind Funeral is probably more efficient, keep in mind that a fair few modern decks use a lot of fetch lands, then add in the effect of Field of Ruin so you can mill a surprising number of cards before hitting four land.

Darth_Savage Your advices are good, Darkness is very good. Manic Scribe in my opinion is a beautiful card, can active delirium with Mesmeric Orb , and if you are not able to active delirium she can block lots of creatures in early.Mind Funeral is a "high risk" card, of course you can mill 20 cards with one Mind Funeral, but you can also spend 3 mana for milling 5 cards.
