You're forgetting Blossoming Defense and Vines of Vastwood, as well as Apostle's Blessing should honestly take the place of pact MB. And since you're BUG SB Phyrexian Crusader wouldn't hurt to deal with many matchups

vines and blessing are strictly worse than disrupting shoal + spell pierce/dispel combo,

I think Tormod's Crypt would be a better pick than Nihil Spellbomb because it costs zero.... if your interested in cantriping Relic of Progenitus can do the job as well... Heroic Intervention is also neat sideboard tech against common removal.
