The SLOWEST deck you will ever find! Uses counter spells and Curse of Exhaustion to shut your opponent down and with Otherworld Atlas you will have your counter spells and those cards that your opponent draws, he cant play due to Curse of Exhaustion , and he will eventually mill out. Despite being slow, this deck is really STRONG and the only card I can think of that harms this deck is Cavern of Souls, but you can Ghost Quarter.
