Basically, you try to use Isochron Scepter and some mass untap spells to generate infinite mana and draw your deck and then cast banefire and win.

This deck only really cares about Green, Blue and Red mana, in that order. The White spell(s) in it are just instants to throw onto Isochron that set the engine up.

Currently missing: Any real interaction beyond that I just threw counter spell in there.

A good way to draw cards when To Arms! is not the untap on Isochron.
