Baral, Chief of Compliance tiny leaders deck, based around controlling and restricting your opponents while you dismantle their life total, and possibly even their mind in the process.

Cards this deck relies on as bombs to win most games (protect these cards when they are in play please): Chasm Skulker, Thing in the Ice, Skaab Ruinator

How to use each of your bombs with this deck:

-Chasm Skulker: When you have Chasm Skulker down, use Baral's ability when you counter a spell whenever possible. The bigger your Chasm Skulker gets through drawing, the easier it is to take down your opponent. Ordeal of Thassa and Ring of Evos Isle are cards that work AMAZINGLY with Chasm Skulker, so put them on him whenever possible. If you have Wind Dancer in play, do your opponent a favor by giving your Chasm Skulker flying, they will appreciate it. An Aqueous Form works too.

-Thing in The Ice: Pretty straight forward. Get him down as early as possible, then use instants and sorceries whenever possible. The quicker you get a 7/8 and bounce your opponent's creatures, the better. All of your important bombs are horrors too, so if you have them down when Thing in the Ice transorms, they will stay with you. If you have Wind Dancer in play, give this kraken flying to almost guarantee damage, also works with Aqueous Form.

-Skaab Ruinator: If you get this card in the early-mid game, use him as an expendable discard for Baral's ability. You can cast him from your graveyard, so its ok. Once you hit late game, if he is in your graveyard and are able to exile three creatures from your graveyard, cast him whenever you see fit.
