In my playgroup, we like to bend the rules in regards to commanders every once in awhile, with the caveat that when we do decide on a non-legendary janky card for a commander it acts as though it were legendary. If you really dislike the rule 0 nature of this, it can run as a slightly less optimized Maha, Its Feathers Night deck.

This deck revolves around debuffing our favorite black plant so it saps the life out of the opponent.
