looking for ways to streamline this confusion in the ranks deck.

Concept works around using cycling to get a confusion in the ranks out, then use creatures/artifacts to steal opponents, considering brand and pyrectic ritual for control and quicker use of confusion

This is designed to be a cheap deck for a student, so no pricey cards please :)
