You must pay for what you believe...

Trying a different approach to the Orzhov deck, this time no Soul Sisters, but instead more control and some heavy hitters.

The main idea with this deck is that there is no spell that is cast or action taken without having an additional consequence.
Creatures attack? Kill them with Celestial Flare.
Opponent casts an instant? Exile it from their graveyard with Beckon Apparition.
You cast a spell? Throw an extort bonus in, or make your Nightsky Mimic into something truly horrible.
This deck relies on the creatures to do the damage and provide a large portion of the control. Victory will come from creature combat damage, and keeping your life total steady.
Blind Hunter, Kingpin's Pet, and Mourning Thrull are all flying creatures that give you some form of lifegain.
Tithe Drinker is double lifegain, and the Vectis Dominator provides additional board control.
Any of your creatures will benefit fully from the powerful Edge of the Divinity, but clearly you'll benefit most from it being on one with lifelink. Two of the removal spells, Unmake and Executioner's Swing are included to pump your Nightsky Mimic into another flying nightmare.
Throw out some Sunbeam Spellbombs to trigger extort, then give lifegain or draw, depending on what you need at the time. (so versatile!)
A few gems here with multiple uses.
Wake the Reflections for creature killing decks, plus an additional Tithe Drinker.
Nihil Spellbomb for delving/dredging decks.
Journey to Nowhere to replace Sunlance against white decks or decks with really big creatures.
Death Denied and Undying Evil for sacrifice decks.
Sundering Growth for enchantment/artifact decks, and Leave No Trace for enchantment heavy decks.

Thanks for taking a look at my deck, I appreciate any suggestions, and really appreciate any +1
