Energy and +1/+1 deck. No delirium. Goes wide with low CMC creatures before going tall with card draw and +1/+1 counters. Doesn't care about opponent's removal. Great cards, great synergy, great deck. More Aggro than Delirium, less Aggro than G/B Aggro. Began as Ninth Bridge Patrol and Greenbelt Rampager. Let's take a look at the best cards:

Fatal Push is Lightning Bolt 2.0. Glint-Sleeve Siphoner is Dark Confidant 2.0.

Aether Hub Attune with Aether are typical energy enablers. They're much better than the delirium enablers as they essentially give you mana rather than costing it.

Greenbelt Rampager is a ~2 mana 3/4, but more importantly can be used to turn mana into energy and can activate copter if you can't pay the energy.

Winding Constrictor practically doubles the text of most our cards, increasing both energy and +1/+1 counters. When using Greenbelt Rampager in hand to fuel Longtusk Cub while Winding Constrictor is in play, you turn each mana into two +1/+1 counters rather than one half. It's not uncommon to turn a cub into a 10/10.

Aethersphere Harvester is a vehicle with lifelink, incredible against any non-combo deck. Since we're a +1/+1 deck we can also upgrade it to gain us 6 life per turn if needed.

Rishkar's Expertise is at least a draw 3 then untap 3 lands, unless you have no creatures for a while in which case you probably lost.

In the sideboard I swapped out the underperforming Natural Obsolescence and Bristling Hydras for Lost Legacy, which should beat most new combos (Saheeli Rai, Ulamog, the Ceaseless Gyre, and Paradoxical Outcome all valid targets), and Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet which I underrated but still only works against creature-based decks.

In the mainboard Heart of Kiran has been removed for underperforming, replaced by 1x Verdurous Gearhulk and 1x Aethersphere Harvester.

I'm not 100% sure about this update, and might be making more changes in the near future. Tireless Tracker, Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet and Drana, Liberator of Malakir were considered but so far rejected due to slow and/or win more style. I also considered Elusive Tormentor ^Flip which is actually very interesting as a voltron-style 5 mana unblockable hexproof indestructible 4/4, but it's just not much better than flying and most of your +1/+1s are given out before it's played anyhow.
