This is a Dramatic Scepter deck with several payoffs. For the uninitiated, Dramatic Scepter is a combo using Isochron Scepter along with Dramatic Reversal to repeatedly untap all of our non-land permanents.

Our primary game plan is to "Banana Ball" our opponents to death using infinite mana and Tasigur to add all nonland cards from our deck to our hand and then repeatedly cast Praetor's Grasp until our opponents no longer have decks. We achieve this by getting Dramatic Scepter along with two nonland mana sources of any color (or Sol Ring) plus at least one non-land mana source that produces either or .

If that somehow gets cut off, we have backups in the form of Aetherflux Reservoir (which only requires Dramatic Scepter and two nonland mana sources or Sol Ring) and Walking Ballista (which requires the same setup as the Banana Ball combo, except the extra mana source may be colorless).

We find our combos using a Tainted Pact/Demonic Consultation package. This is the safest and most efficient way to assemble them as we only need one piece of the Dramatic Scepter combo plus either TP or DC. We can also dig using cards like Ad Nauseam and Necropotence.

The Consultation package also includes Jace, Wielder of Mysteries as we can TP/DC with Jace out to exile our entire library and then use his ability to win the game. If we have both TP and DC, we can use one to find Jace and the other to exile our library. This is a last resort strategy.

This is a BUDGET build. There are many suboptimal cards, and many cEDH staples have been excluded simply because of their financial value.
