1st step:

Roll out death touch. Deadly Recluse, Vampire Nighthawk, Wasteland Viper. Farseek for more land.

This will stop my opponent from attacking me no problem. And if I feel like having fun, I just pull out Golgari Charm to attack their creatures and regenerate my death touch or Murder them to use my charm for enchantments.

2nd step:

Mind Sculpt and Mind Grind are fun cards to play while I've got death touch on the field. And if that's not enough to mill them, then Jace, Memory Adept will contribute to their deck's demise.

Lazav, Dimir Mastermind and Jace's Pantasm Come in handy at this point.

3rd step:

Bring out the fatties.

I probably could use Primordial Hydra earlier in the game if I really wanted to so the opponent has to find a way to get rid of that before it gets way too out of control. This will let me mill them a bit more until I bring out Consuming Aberration. At this point, this guy should be freaking massive if my opponent hasn't decked out already.

All my other cards are used to frustrate my opponent. Murder and Reverberate is one of my favorite combos. I threw in Vraska the Unseen to get rid of enchantments or other planeswalkers. I put in Domri Rade to have my fatties prey upon annoying creatures.
