This mill deck is based around the idea of milling not to deck them,but to build graveyards big enough to drop the heavy hitters.Also low monetary cost makes it an excellent gift to the discerning magic player.

In an ideal situation,you would start off using Dimir Infiltrator / AEther Figment with Paranoid Delusions / Trepanation Blade to start the mill machine,Curse of the Bloody Tome to smooth the milling along until a Consuming Aberration can be cast.Now every time the infiltrator or agent hits with Paranoid Delusions,each opponent then also grinds 1 land for each PD encoded.Whispersilk Cloak can help keep your guys on the field. Cast a few Essence Harvest to consume a few opponents life totals for the win.

Secondary Strategy would be to cast Duskmantle Guildmage + Mindcrank , activate the guildmages first ability to create a tenuous atmosphere at the table and hit them for damage or mill for the instakill.I know its a common combo but its hard to ignore something that cheap and effective.

Slave of Bolas is expensive though it has really turned games for me.
