This is a vampire tribal, flying through the air while creating an army of lifelink vampires. Most of the cards either have discard costs or madness, effectively giving half the deck flash. Once you set up a giraphur orrery and get it churning out 4 cards per turn, the game is effectively over, letting you cycle through your deck four cards per turn, playing all of them, and drawing 4 more the next turn.
