We're in the best colors in magic, so abuse cheap ramp like the namesake Rampant Growth, Farseek, and Nature's Lore coupled with mana dorks like Llanowar Elves and two cost rocks like Arcane Signet to rush out our Commander, Arixmethes, Slumbering Isle, by turn 3. If we do that, and we make all our land drops, we're looking at 7 mana on turn 4, which can let us snowball into massive sea monsters like Tromokratis, Simic Sky Swallower and Koma, Cosmos Serpent.

Being Simic, thanks to all of that ramp, we can pump absurd amounts of mana into X spells like Mind Spring, Pull from Tomorrow, and Blue Sun's Zenith to draw a billion cards, or into a well timed Genesis Wave to drop high costed monsters from our deck to the table. Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait and Tatyova, Benthic Druid give us more cards when we play lands, and Elemental Bond and Garruk's Uprising do the same when we resolve our sea monsters.

Archetype of Imagination can give all of our massive creatures flying, Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma gives them trample, Serpent of Yawning Depths makes them unlockable, and Imoti, Celebrant of Bounty lets us cascade into even more serpents and krakens. Expropriate ends games, as does Overwhelming Stampede on a board full of monsters.
