No longer Modern legal.I've seen Modern Control decks here on tapped out. They all have a fatal flaw - creatures. At most I think you need one, preferably one that isn't always a creature. Gideon, Champion of Justice, Gideon Jura, Haunted Plate Mail , AEtherling, Wydwen, the Biting Gale, even Pearl Lake Ancient if you are a super-jerk.

I was derping around at my local Saturday Afternoon Modern with a Dimir exile deck meant to counter Jeskai/Fatestitcher. I took great pleasure in telling my esteemed opponents, "Oh no no no, Dissipate that to exile", "Plus two Ashiok, 3 off the top please", and "I'm casting Dig Through Time". Who needs creatures when you can look at the top seven and take 2? Not me.

This is my previous build partially converted to the new Dimir Exile deck.
