I did some testing. Mill was working well but the control was not. Too many dead draws. So I've decided to put Rise from the Tides to the sideboard and scrap the clues mill, Startled Awake ^Flip, Manic Scribe, Vessel of Paramnesia and Minister of Inquiries is enough. So I removed those and put some better control. -4xErdwal Illuminator, -3xTamiyo's Journal, -3xFleeting Memories, -2xPress for Answers, -2xBroken Concentration, -2xConvolute, -2xRevolutionary Rebuff, -2xBroken Concentration +4xUnsubstantiate, +1xChilling Grasp, +1xEngulf the Shore, +1Startled Awake ^Flip, +3xScatter to the Winds, +3xVoid Shatter, +2xGlassblower's Puzzleknot, +2xAEther Tradewinds, +2xSweep Away Also +2 Evolving Wilds in order to enable Manic Scribe's dellirium easier.
