mono-blue dedicated counter control deck. Can usually hold off decks that are less aggressive or have steeper mana curves. Has a lot of trouble with hyper-offensive archetypes; especially ones with masses of small creatures (hard to keep a ton of 2/2s off the field)Also I need some non basic lands
