You have 5 Doomblade on this list... 3 in main 2 in sideboard...
Maybe drop the land down to 24 (you have 25) and stick in another Thoughtseize - speaking from experience, It is a pain playing someone who has four of them...
Duskmantle Seer seems it has the potential to do you a lot of harm, considering you have a fair few high cost creatures...

That's what I get for editing a decklist at 5am. The mainboard Doom Blades were from a past iteration, I fixed that, thanks.
Re: Duskmantle Seer, I just put him in as an experiment for yesterday's FNM, just wanted to see how he does in competitive play. But with an average CMC of 3.31, I think you're right, this probably is not the place. What would you suggest replace him, other than another Thoughtseize?
As for lands and thoughtseize, I will probably try and get my hands on a 4th copy, but for now, I'm pretty happy with 3. I playtested extensively with different numbers of lands, and I'm almost 100% sure that 25 is the right number, especially if I'm going to run 2 Mutavaults.

Personally, i would always choose Nightveil Specter (NVS) over the Omenspeaker (OS). But for your decklist, id rather play the OS. I've seen far too many games where even at 25-26 lands, some control players get stuck at 2-3 lands and got completely overrun. OS mitigates those chances. If you were to play with 26 lands, or a standard playable 2CMC draw a card is printed, or some more cheap scry gets added to your deck, i'd suggest you run NVS instead. Been a fan of NVS even before theros devotion was a factor, i know that card is crazy good. And NVS is ultimate price/doomblade immune to boot. Also, might i suggest a few Pack Rat s in the board, or even in the main, it occasionally steals you games against control.

BTW bro, since you want to play with your duskmatle seer, you have a dimir mage, and you mostly have the pieces already, id suggest you check my deck UB Mad(ness) bro?. Just for a change of pace, and of course, play with the seer in a deck where it shines most.

I think with my Omenspeaker s that I've basically got enough scry. At least in my experience, I seem to have bad luck drawing the right mana when I need it as it is, I don't think adding more lands that aren't always useful is the best idea. Good suggestion though, thanks!
