A U/W control deck with grand arbiter. This is not a stax deck it's a taxes deck. This one is about denial and taxing you a bit more than you want. .

Academy Ruins goes infinite Mindslaver for the win, but not as a primary win con.

Win Con Cards

Dovescape counters that gives birds!... With elesh, I get 3/3 and they lose theirs. With guile, it really is infinite bird tokens.
Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite Kills off any utility creature right away and buffs my own.
Guile Taxes them for each spell I counter.

Guile + Dovescape and some random non-creature spell does equal infinite tokens.

Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir + Knowledge Pool it's a lock, but allows me to do what I want. I tend to get to Mindslaver here and just win.

Taxation with RepresentationThese cards are meant to make it harder for my opponents to achieve their goals, either by them tutoring or using ETB's or 'counters on stick' or just shutting them down.

Aven Mindcensor Tutoring and library searching is effectively shut down.
Erayo, Soratami Ascendant Taxes them one spell a turn as soon as I get her flipped
Grand Abolisher Allows me to do my thing on my turn, without worry/interference.
Grand Arbiter Augustin IV The great taxer of all time.
Thalia, Guardian of Thraben Another great taxer, hurts me a little early game, but grand arbitter helps fix that.
Iona, Shield of Emeria Yeah, I don't like that color, you can't play it any more. She is also a finisher in her own right.
Linvala, Keeper of Silence Hurts a lot of decks that rely on it's creatures.
Propaganda Since I have few blockers, helps against the aggro decks.
Torpor Orb the etb's are just annoying and part of a lot of combos, this is the elegant way to stop them
Bribery Allows me to steal a creature from your deck. It's wonderful.
Karn Liberated Just take their things outright
Medomai the Ageless My time walk for this deck. I omitted Time Warp for him.
Leyline of Sanctity This might become Witchbane Orb but I don't like spells to target me.

Spells to reduce my taxes

These spells lower the cost of my spells or allow me to easier cast them. I only run 35 lands because of these.

Land Tax Allows me to go hunt for basics, I only run 35 lands in total so helpful in getting going.
Gilded Lotus A little mana ramp, useful for a counter.
Mana Crypt 0 drop sol ring, must include.
Pearl Medallion lessen the cost for spells.
Sapphire Medallion lessen the cost ofr spells/.
Phyrexian Metamorph I use him to either copy a creature of theirs I want, or to copy an artifact I need, most likely a medallion to reduce the cost of my spells by one more.

Utiltiy

These are my utility spells, planeswalkers with obvious reasons to include, card draw, tutors, etc..

Akroma's Vengeance Used more for cycling than sweeper.
Scroll Rack great card drraw, allows me to switch the lands from land tax I get into better cards at any time I want.
Sensei's Divining Top staple.

Jace Beleren Japanese Duel Deck version.

Medomai the Ageless This extra turn helps and I think better than time warp overall in this deck.
Sphinx's Revelation
Tamiyo, the Moon Sage If I can protect her, her ultimate is another win con in this deck honestly, but it gets targeted quick like usually so her tap down is all I get to use most of the time
Kozilek, Butcher of Truth Anti-mill and a finisher.

Though I would like to explain Homeward Path, mostly this in place because of things that reanimate from other peoples graveyard like Sepulchral Primordial in my meta. There are times when I think of taking it out for basics, but that is why not.
