This probably the most evil control deck I could make without going full Esper. The main wincon is Elspeth's tokens because your opponent doesn't have a field. Against burn side out sandblast for righteous surge. Against control side devouring light and 1 glimpse the sun god for D-Sphere. Open to suggestions, but only one blue mana is available.
