The goal here is very simple, Race your huge artifact guys out (i.e. Soul of New Phyrexia and Scuttling Doom Engine ) while keeping the board state of your opponent down using burn. Using stuff like Scuttling Doom Engine + Shrapnel Blast after a swing will deal your opponent a whopping total of 11 damage, 17 if he/she did not block the aforementioned Scuttles.

Phyrexian Revoker is great for stalling opponents while also serving as convoke fuel for your MVP Chief Engineer. Magma Jet gives you removal and that oh so appreciated scry trigger. Izzet Charm gives you basically anything that you need at the moment.

Ensoul Artifact + Ornithopter or Darksteel Citadel + Ensoul Artifact always serves as an awesome early game threat.

You also have Tormod's Crypt on the side just in case these Soul guys get super prevalent, and the rest of the sideboard is not extremely inspired, just some extra removal and control pieces.
