Alternate win-con deck. Hoping to create a fun, casual (and cheap) Commander deck.

This deck started off using every alt wincon as possible, but I think I might streamline it and make it focused on a few, while trying to dig through my deck to actually win as fast as possible (I don't really envisage this deck winning in any other way).

To do:

1) Pillow fort cards (once I reveal the win con of choice, I quickly become a target). Examples include Propaganda, Ghostly Prison, Norn's Annex, War Tax

2) More/better card draw (Rhystic study is ideal, but I don't want to spend that much money on a card for a joke deck (even though I'm already spending money on other cards - I know). Other stuff like Font of Mythos or Phyrexian Arena

3) More "Pay X life" stuff (combos well with Near-Death Experience

4) Too many Counters? Too many Land Enchantments? Could remove some counters for other stuff mentioned above.

Stuff to consider to remove:

Either Stifle or Nimble Obstructionist, maybe Vizier of Tumbling Sands

I also really like Maralen of the Mornsong for a free tutor every turn, but I'm not sure how strong it is as this deck may not be tuned enough for it
