This deck is based on copying mechanics to pay minimal mana for maximum effect.

Copy Combos:

Blistercoil Weird + Dual Casting : Pay an extra 2 mana to copy a spell 2 times for a total of 3 spells.

You can also copy Temporal Mastery and get four turns in a row, leading to a huge advantage in your favor.

The Perfect Storm:

Turn 1: Red Mana + Blistercoil Weird

Turn 2: Red Mana + Dual Casting on Weird

Turn 3: Blue Mana + Goblin Electromancer

Turn 4: Draw Temporal Mastery and pay its miracle cost. Tap 1 Blue for Temporal, then pay 2 fire to trigger dual casting twice. Congrats you now have 4 turns in a row turn 4. Meaning that by the time that your opponent is on turn 4 you are at turn 7.

What else can happen at this point?

You can draw another Temporal Mastery and get three more turns. You can play a Ral Zarek and in these turns boost him to 7 to trigger ultimate for MORE TURNS. With this decks current setup it is possible to get 15 turns on turn 4. Imagine getting Jace, Memory Adept out at some point. Thats an easy mill win with his 0 ability. And possibly the best part about this is once the ball gets rolling your opponent can't do much to stop it.

Other win cons are copying burn spells for little mana + Guttersnipe's doing extra damage every cast. 3 Fire mana and a good setup can get you up to 23 damage. I also included Devil's Play for a late game nuke for the win.

Updates Add

My main reason for this update was to show that I have changed a lot with the deck since its creation. I also wanted to clean up the comments.

Main changes include:

Removal of Melek, Izzet Paragon + Delver of Secrets  Flip + Illusionist's Bracers + Turn / Burn + Epic Experiment.

Addition of Temporal Mastery + Skullcrack + Thunderous Wrath + Thought Scour + Devil's Play
