The whole point of this deck is to take advantage of the mechanic, "Copy." I only restricted the mechanic to copying only Instant and Sorcery Spells, but I feel it is fun in it's own right when your opponent has to decide whether or not to take 16 damage or get his Merciless Eviction countered by like 4 copies of Molten Influence.

The deck is pretty straight forward. It is a burn strategy where you copy your spells as much as possible to reap the benefits of the secondary effects that a good portion of the spells have: drawing, scrying, etc. You can also copy your opponents spells (of course) and reap their benefits: Copying useful spells such as Diabolic Tutor or Cultivate. There are also a good amount of Counter Spells so that you can deny anything that you deem unsavory. There are also ways to get through Shroud and Hexproof with land cards Arcane Lighthouse and Detection Tower.

Infinite Combos:

Isochron Scepter / Elite Arcanist / Kaho, Minamo Historian + Dramatic Reversal + Mana Rock(s)(Need at least 2 Mana) + Sphinx-Bone Wand / Guttersnipe = Infinite Damage

Some major weaknesses of this deck and strategy is that it has little to no removal and no real board wipe. Other than Capsize into Counter Spell and Pillage, there is no real way to get rid of permanents such as artifacts, enchantments, and lands. If your opponents manage to get indestructible onto their creatures you will not be able to get rid of them unless you implement the Capsize-into-Counter-Spell play, but doing such a play will put you into dire situation in regards of resources. The same goes with board wipes. To even consider a board wipe in this deck, you need to implement one of the two infinite mana combos, but gathering all the necessary parts to do so will either take too long, won't happen at all, or isn't even necessary due to the closeness of winning or losing.

Playing this deck takes considerable amounts of game sense and reading your opponents moves. Due to the lack of real removal and board wipe, one must use the counter spells cautiously as one misuse of a counter can end up costing you the game.

Updates Add

After having mild difficulty drawing land, I decided to take some cards that I deemed "overkill" and removed them and replaced them with some basic lands (3 islands and 2 mountains).
