Once upon a time ages long past, I devised a deck I called "Volcanic Venom." It was a Rakdos deck centered around the highly unusual card Eon Hub. That deck ran Waning Wurm, Pandemonium, Scoria Wurm, Soulblast, Volcano Hellion, Cloud Key, and other big baddies that were relatively cheap cost that could abuse Eon Hub and Pandemonium.

Now I am older and maybe wiser, and here I'm recreating the same idea for abusing the upkeep removal of Eon Hub, just using some far more powerful cards.

Diabolic Tutor to search the deck for Eon Hub on Turn 4, alternatively search for Black Market Connections for Second Draw.

Eon Hub is the name of the game. Once that's out we can freely abuse the No Upkeep by dropping some serious threats:

Pact of the Titan is a 0 drop 4/4 that can be played simultaneously as Eon Hub comes out on Turn 5

Pact of Negationfoil is a 0 drop Counterspell to nullify the opponent's attempts to board wipe or remove Eon Hub.

Crater Hellion is the board wipe option for this deck.

Phyrexian Soulgorger, Archfiend of the Dross, Lord of the Pit are the big baddy daddy beaters to end the game with.

Since Eon Hub is 5 mana, we need to delay and ramp to get up to that.

Cut Down can be used aggressively against nearly anything the opponent can throw at you early game.

Magma Jet can remove weaker things, and the Scry 2 can help dig for what is needed.

Nighthawk Scavenger and Vampire Nighthawk are great because they have Lifelink to keep us alive, Flying to avoid threats (or block other Flyers), and Deathtouch for defense to remove big threats.

Black Market Connections pairs nicely with the Nighthawks, giving consistent Double Draw for "free" when paired with the Lifelink. It also gives some other options for immediate ramp with Treasure or another body if being swarmed.

Faithless Looting also makes a little appearance, providing another method to dig deeper and discard what is not needed to search for what is needed.

Note that this deck can be converted to the Modern format by simply removing Crater Hellion and Faithless Looting, neither of which are very important to the overall game plan. Crater Hellion is just one of the original cards I had in my old Eon Hub "Volcanic Venom" deck that I wanted to include. And since it's Legacy anyways, Faithless Looting is a good little 1 drop digger.
