ELO as in the ELO rating? Anyway, no my name has nothing to do with ELO, whichever definition you're referring to. The number is simply a year.

one option against planeswalkers in this color combo is Merciless Eviction . I've been working on a heavy black control deck that uses some of the same cards. Also look at Deadbridge Chant (works to get cards back even if they aren't creatures) or Staff of Nin for some long term card advantage.

Merciless Eviction is a bit slow even against planeswalker in the currently-fast-but-slowing-down meta. I also now rely planeswalkers of my own so the spell isn't without a big downside. I am a big fan of the spell and have tried it in a few decks and admit that it will be a great sweeper as the format slows down further. Also, I may or may not run into mana problems considering I only have 3 white sources.

I never thought to run Deadbridge Chant in this deck and I am really considering it. It has a decent track record in Jund and it should do decently in this deck as well. Staff of Nin has a proven track record in my other deck, but I think I already have enough draw engines that pays up front so I probably won't have to rely on this too much. I will consider the two cards and try them out when I get a chance.

Also, running Deadbridge Chant would require me to also run some form of graveyard- filtering cards like Deathrite Shaman , Dryad Militant , Cremate , etc. to get reliable hits off of the trigger and not just draw dead on lands and duplicate removals.
