The goal here is G/W counters but in a way that I dont lose card advantage as I play. Most GW decks are relatively easy to 2 for 1 as in responce to me ramping up a creature, the opponent destroys a creature. This causes some frustration for me so I decided to attempt a deck that grows just by being played. Many of the abilities are relatively continuous and can cause creatures to get ridiculous without me having to devote much time to invest in them.
Creatures
4x Heir of the Wilds Deathtouch that can activate its own ferocious half the time, great for fight spells.
4x Rot Shambler perfect for situations where i end up needing to fight or chumpblock and with Evolutionary Leap, I can potentially sneak in extra damage.
2x Undergrowth Champion This seems the perfect defensive blocker. Hardened scales will ensure that it is nearly always able to sidestep damage.
4x Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit, one of the Pillars of the deck. Combos well with Hardened Scale or Collected Company.
4x Servant of the Scale, an amazing card in this deck. It allows me to chump block or trade while growing a more relevant creature. Even better with Hardened Scale or Anafenza on the field.
4x Avatar of the Resolute, AMAZING card, always enters big and fits perfectly with Anafenza. 8/7 trample t5 with mana open is always good.
4x Hidden Dragonslayer, he is my lifelink and valorous stance on a stick. Rarely played as a 2drop but sometimes its necessary, usually played as megamorph where his counter adds extra incentives if hardened scale is on the
Non-Creature Spells
3x Hardened Scales, everything in here does something with counters, this thing lets my creatures overpower my opponents quickly.
3x Dromoka's Command, and amazing card! Usually used to Fight and Sac or Fight and add a counter. This is good cheap removal in my colors.
2x Collected Company, with Anafenza out this is a bomb, otherwise it gives me something to throw down against an overconfident attacking opponent.
2x Valorous Stance can be protection or removal, nice versatility. Sideboard or main I know not.
2x Evolutionary Leap This is great for getting card advantage out of a chump block situation or for feeding the Rot Shambler
