An tempo deck that leans closer to aggro. Good threat base backed up by counters and removal with burn for reach-extra removal. Plays high threat base to deal with uncounterable- early removal (abrupt decay, turn 1 blots, the like). Plays low mana base as only 2-4 lands are needed per game and opening hands only need 2 lands or 1 land + serum visions. Mulligans are reasonable.Weaknesses: mana screw, pre board affinity, blood moon, bwr control, burn, Strengths: post board affinity, Merfolk, scapeshift, pod (as far As I can tell)Decent matchups: twin Jund, storm, tron and hate bears.Play if: you like never having an unwinable match up, like early aggro with the most efficient creatures in the format, enjoy having 8 copies of lightning bolt, like going for the opponents throat, enjoy counter spells but don't want your games to be tedious.Don't play if: you refuse to mulligan, don't like close games, and dislike being blood mooned.
