The idea behind this deck is that with a fetch rebel in play you leave up counter magic while still being able to fetch for another rebel if your opponent decides to do nothing. The idea behind this deck is not completely mine own; other counter rebel decks have existed in other formats such as legacy however I have seen or heard of anyone adapting this deck for pauper.
