As the title states counter non-stop. Now i know what your thinking,"Why did you put cards like Ojutia's breath or Claustrophobia that only tap a creature"? well that was to use in context with Harbinger of the Tides. I plan on taking out Singing Bell Strike , Elusive Spellfist , 1 Claustrophobia , and a Frost Walker in place of two Learn from the Past s and two Negates.
