Slight upgrade of my $20 UR Counter/Burn. Changes are: (1) Replaced the remaining 2x Anticipate with 2x Impulse & replaced 2x Disperse with 2x Into the Roil . (2) Added a sideboard for countering artifacts/enchantments; cheap counter against red, blue; worst case wipe white with Anarchy or total wipe with Nevinyrral's Disk .

Maybeboard is mostly just more expensive ($) versions of cards in the main deck so I'll probably stay away from it. I want to try and keep this under $25-30.
