Decks in my playgroup include Riku of Two Reflections, Mayael the Anima, Sheoldred, Whispering One, Krenko, Mob Boss, Stitcher Geralf, and Anafenza, the Foremost.

This deck can, but rarely will win with combat damage. If you want to see a deck that wins with combat damage after +1/+1 counters I recommend you check out Forward to Battle!!! or a deck that uses almost exclusively big creatures see 19-12-14-big-beefy-beatdown.

This deck has the small chance to have infinite turns with Magistrate's Scepter or with something like Deadeye Navigator + Eternal Witness + Time Stretch with Time Stretch in the graveyard. In this combo, Deadeye Navigator can be replaced by Capsize, targeting Eternal Witness with buyback.

With things like Leyline of Anticipation or Vedalken Orrery with Prophet of Kruphix or Seedborn Muse you can play on other people's turns. This works well for a lock-down with Tangle Wire.

Combos:

By far the most common end result combo that I win with is Fathom Mage + Laboratory Maniac . Most other combos use this as the actual win condition. Infinite turns or the possibility to play the whole deck win mostly because of these cards. Mostly Laboratory Maniac. Even if Fathom Mage is on the field by herself Vorel of the Hull Clade can make her huge and give massive card draw, but this is slower than using one on the combos mentioned after this. Without them the other combos would be less efficient, might result in a loss, probably wouldn't win in one turn, and/or might actually cause you to loose the game.

Enter the Omniscient.

Enter the Infinite + Omniscience . When I saw the spoiler for Gatecrash I instantly thought of this combo and waited for a deck to play it in. Having both in your hand is optimal (search with Ring of Three Wishes), but if not, it is better to have and be able to play Enter the Infinite as you will draw your whole deck and be able to play Omniscience next turn. Usually wins with Fathom Mage + Laboratory Maniac with counterspells ready to protect them.

Primal Memory.

Primal Surge + Selective Memory . Selective Memory must be activated first. You exile all non-permanent cards from your library, then Primal Surge will play your entire library, allowing Fathom Mage and Laboratory Maniac to simultaneously hit the field at the resolution of Primal Surge when your library is empty. Stack it so that Fathom Mage's Evolve ability activates and the Maniac wins the game. (This is the same idea as casting a Genesis Wave for a large X cost with Everflowing Chalice or Gyre Sage.)

Experiment Kraj + Gilder Bairn .

This allows for placing a +1/+1 counter on many creatures in one turn if the +1/+1 counter is put on Gilder Bairn first. Also, this can become a constant doubling of counters if there is also a +1/+1 counter on Vorel of the Hull Clade.
