Long may she Reign!

This is an aristocrats deck that was constructed with the help of my friends to get me more competitive in our group's meta. What Resulted was a powerhouse of a deck that is focused, and consistent compared to my previous attempts with this commander. You might like this deck if you:

• Enjoy playing creatures

• Like an aggressive playstyle

• The appearance of not being threatening until they finally realize its too late.

Skip this one if you don't like:

• Lack of combos

• Lack of flyers

How does this deck play?

The Artistrocrats

In order to have an aristocrats deck, you kinda need to have some in your deck.

• All Opponents: These aristrocrats effect all opponents. Cards like Cruel Celebrant, Priest of Forgotten Gods, Vindictive Vampire, and Zulaport Cutthroat are auto includes as they don't discriminate targets. This helps to make people stay on your side and not take things personally for retaliation, and also just does more damage. Not creatures, but Dictate of Erebos and Impact Tremors are also perfect for this use.

• Single Target: I try to avoid these in favor of the above but they are still necessary. Blood Artist, Judith, the Scourge Diva and Teysa, Orzhov Scion are great options with the one drawback being its single target removal or 1 damage.

• Support: I'm classifying these aristocrats as supports as they don't directly deal damage but help the cause regardless. Teysa Karlov is an auto-include as it effectively doubles any existing impact you have. That Blood Artist is now flicking 2 damage, and you are now gaining 2 life. In addition cards like Elenda, the Dusk Rose, Hallowed Spiritkeeper, and Pawn of Ulamog all offer different tricks to your board that isn't directly dealing damage.

The Damned

The Damned as I call them, are your offerings to our GLORIUS QUEEN, LONG MAY SHE REIGN! I try and avoid non-renewable sources such as Doomed Traveler as you sac him and that's it.

The Eternal: cards like Squee, Goblin NabobSquee, the Immortal, & Reassembling Skeleton are great in that they die and you can easily re-acquire them, and repeat. (Sorry squee)

Tokens: Tons of renewable options in tokens. Assemble the Legion, Legion Warboss, Mardu Ascendancy, Outlaws' Merriment are perfect for the task. Combine that with Anointed Procession and you have yourself a party. Also, the Plainswalkers help to produce tokens as well.

The Backup Plan

Nothing goes 100% acording to plan. So for redundancy, we include an alternate play style of Token Spam.

The Spam: Assemble the Legion, Doomed Artisan, Elspeth, Sun's Champion, Finale of Glory All produce a freaking huge ammount of tokens consistantly.

Buffs: Anointed Procession & Cathars' Crusade are best friends in this regard. In addition Sorin, Lord of Innistrad and Elspeth, Sun's Champion each have emblems that buff your board.

THE MVP: Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite is my all-time favorite card in this game and has to be included. A finisher for this particular playstyle.

Optional Combos

This deck has room for some combos if you so desire although it is not the intended win condition.

Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond works every time and is an auto-include in most black decks.

Defiant Bloodlord + Vizkopa Guildmage , this works nearly identical to the above combo but is a little harder to pull off. In addition these are creatures and thus easier to remove.

Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit + Murderous Redcap , sac the Redcap, returns with percist, never dies, infinate damage.
