Agreed. I always take the steps needed to save him. I always liked Laurentius as well.

October 1, 2013 3:55 a.m.

Right I think ive only killed Solaire ounce and that was my very first play through. Laurentius is baller as well as Siegmeyer although Siegmeyer just makes me laugh

I love Siegmeyer haha. 'I seem to have run up against a bit of a wall. Or, a ball, I should say. Hahahaha!'

Also Hawkeye Gough is straight up awesome.

October 1, 2013 2:24 p.m.

Hawkeye Gough is a friggen beast "Now watch, and see how Gough hunts dragons". "Hah hah! Yes, a truer shot was never loosed!" talk about aim bot! lol

Especially considering Gough's helmet is full of tree resin, so he couldn't even see for that shot.

I loved this deck, I had something really similar, but they told me at fnm that you can't target the same creature twice with coordinated assault/dauntless onslaught, so I had to make some changes. Now turn 4 I can swing for 14 and gain 24 life lol.

October 2, 2013 10:03 p.m.

Yeah that does suck but it still targets 2 so i can still target 2 heroic creatures and turn 4 i can still do 20 damage pretty consistently with Fabled Hero

Pretty cool deck man, looks solid. And definitely getting a +1 for the DS reference.

October 10, 2013 10:04 p.m.

Haha thanks man! I'm taking it to FNM tomorrow so well see how it pans out

I think u should add Aurelia, Guardian of the Gateless, Assemble the Legion, and/or Aurelia's Fury

October 16, 2013 6:23 p.m.

Hmm I'll see how Aurelia's Fury does over madcap skills

I like it, I'm a huge fan of white. I would take out a brizam (remember he is legendary so you probably don't want to run more than three) and throw in another frontline medic, take out imposing sovereign and throw in blind obedience because they do the same thing except imposing is easier to blow up and you can use blind obedience for the extort to activate your your archangel, swap out 1 spear for a path of bravery for some life gain with the possible +1/+1, take out the gideon's for Archangels, and possibly make some room for a heliod or two because the vigilance makes everything better. :) Hope that was helpful.

February 3, 2014 8:47 p.m.

Hmm.. solid advice. Thanks man!

So I took your advice about Heliod, God of the Sun and I just had to put in Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx and since I put in nykthos I figured that I'd rather have another Spear of Heliod than Path of Bravery . I left in a Gideon, Champion of Justice because he is just too good with Ajani, Caller of the Pride .

I like it.Maybe try Boros Reckoner instead of Frontline Medic since you are already running 4x Boros Charm ? Also then -1 Archangel of Thune for 1 more Gideon, Champion of Justice because the Gideon/Ajani combo is just too fun.

Plus the Recokoner could help with devotion to red on an overloaded Mizzium Mortars
