This is my first constructed deck so any feedback is welcome. If its "O man this deck is crap" that is perfectly fine just explain why it is.

The thought behind was to create a mill deck that had a couple of different win conditions. It first started out with trying to combo Jace, Memory Adept with Duskmantle Guildmage and just burn a player to death while controlling the board with kill and counter spells. All while gaining card advantages with Pilfered Plans and controlling the draw with Omenspeaker and Thassa, God of the Sea. Also with this kill spells making both Wight of Precinct Six and Consuming Aberration (using it's triggered ability) to either stall the game till you can get the main combo out or just use Thassa, God of the Sea's ability to make them unblockable for the kill.

Like I said before any feedback is welcome. I personally think my Sideboard is kind of weak so help there would also be very appreciated.
