Gameplan

Turn One: Play Kumena's Speaker or Mist-Cloaked Herald.

Turn Two: Play Deeproot Elite or Metallic Mimic.

Turn Three: Play Vineshaper Mystic, or Silvergill Adept and try to hit a one-drop. Getting merfolk with counters.

Turn Four/Five: Play Forerunner of the Heralds to find Herald of Secret Streams to play him next turn and make your board unblockable.
