Brimaz, King of Oreskos is a three drop token maker that is still standard legal. I think your current manabase could handle the WW cost.

Consider Outpose Siege; First mode gives you card draws while second gives you yet another way to get value out of your tokens.

Sorry just looked at the deck again. Ignore me!

Could you please explain your sideboard, and what you would side in against the current meta decks.

Just did some play testing with a version I put together based on this and other similar decks floating around.

I found that Lightning Berserker is a must have in this deck. Swings for a couple early points of damage and does 1 damag per tremors or 2 damage with purple out and you don't even have to swing with it. Plus swinging with a fire breather can put in a few extra damage on its own. I was thinking of putting a mardu scout in there instead but the 1 mana dash cost is just so great in this deck.

Basic Elf Deck Improved is a deck that is unlike yours but it is a lot cheaper and I was hoping that since you have a great deck maybe help me out with mine

MrElfManThePenguin I'm sorry but I don't have knowledge in others types other than standard.

PostalService I'm sure there are other decks out there like these, but I didn't get any ideas from other decks. I just put together some cards and then got lots of feedback from everyone on here.

pidgeon oh I just figured since everyone is playing either mono red or u/b control ;-;
why Outpost Siege by the way over another turn 4 drop?

Great pidgeon,

I wonder if it is possible to replace the Mentor for another card and what your recommend?

PostalService outpost was picked for versatility. If you are against control deck, the extra card each turn will allow you to stay with the car draw. And if you don't need card draw, then it turns into damage in with tremors and damage out with siege. I'm sure there are lots of cards that can be put in that slot however.

Vielimir instead of mentor, someone mentioned splashing black for Brutal Hordechief and I had Shaman of the Great Hunt before mentor. Really any card that gives buffs or more tokens would fit in that slot. Iroas, God of Victory has been mentioned a couple times also.

@pidgeon I see what you mean, ill throw it in my side board and playtest it a little.

@Vielimir I splash red and use Iroas, God of Victory in mine personally, it fits with all the tokens but I didnt remove the mentor for it.

Splashing Black for Brutal Hordechief seems like it would change the deck arch type too much away from tokens and aggro for me.

Dont lose Outpost Siege, its just too good in this deck. Chained to the Rocks should be all the removal you need. Stoke the Flames is good but I wouldn't go overboard with it, probably 2 or 3. You may want to try out 1 or 2 Howl of the Horde. Imagine dropping 6 goblins with Dragon Fodder or 9 with Hordeling Outburst. Could easily end a game if you have Purphoros, God of the Forge on the field.

Im Impressed from this deck . Since im New To magic and dont wanna buy M15 Cards , especially Since in July magic origins will Release so m15 wont ne Standard anymore . How would you replace goblin Rabblemaster ? Or is this Car essential for this deck ? THX

@cruxkid I like your suggestion, I'm going to include a few copies of Chained to the Rocks in my deck, totally missed that! What do you think of Elspeth, Sun's Champion Though, sideboard or mainboard?

pidgeon says... #19

When the new set comes out, I'm 100% sure this deck will change. We will probably have access to a new version of rabblemaster. And I don't think m15 rotates until September, I could be wrong though. Even July is 3 months away so you could get them, use them, and then just sell them. That's what I do anyway.

Thanks for liking the deck, I appreciate that!

PostalService says... #20

So Origins comes in July 17 this year, and nothing rotates out, right ?

April 30, 2015 10:17 a.m.

Theros, Born of the Gods, Journey into Nyx, 2015 Core Set will be rotating out on October 2, 2015 at which point this deck will be losing a couple really important cards; however, maybe Magic Origins will give us cards to replace them, but I'm not sure how good the deck will be without [Purphoros, God of the Forge]

Majesticnyx says... #22

pidgeon yeah it has to change unfortunatley :( Problem is that Rabblemaster isnt really cheap.

PostalService Origins will be released on 17 July, since its a "Mainset" M15 wont be standard anymore after 17 July!!

@Betchs : yeah thats the same problem after October 2 you cant Use Purphoros anymore :( and this card is kinda the heart of the deck.

Majesticnyx Anyways Rabblemaster is really good in EDH, Modern and Legacy. It won't be a waste at all if you aim at these formats afterwards. I personally bought 3 more Rabblemaster Foil Promos since I only had one.

This deck is pretty dope. You should consider sideboarding in Deflecting Palm. Such an under rated card and would blend well when youre going up against G/R dragons

Syronosin says... #25

Descent of the Dragons + Outpost Siege may be the combo that would help.
