The main combo here is to have a Near-Death Experience in play and activate Crovax, Ascendant Hero 's ability multiple times to put your life total at 1 during the opponent's end step. Obviously I have to have an odd-numbered life total and gamble that there is no instant speed damage or enchantment removal available. But enchantment removal and instant speed damage aren't often played in commander, so I'm hoping to dodge them.

Win Conditions Near-Death Experience Luminarch AscensionEnduring Ideal and... something. Or Crovax with Elspeth, Sun's Champion. Storm Herd can swing for a win, doubly so with crovax. Reverse the Sands can put an opponent at 1 life with Crovax but this deck would have ahard time dealing the last point of damage.

Other cards include: Enchantment Tutors, Pillow-fort elements, lockdown elements, change life total to odd value elements, card draw elements (not that plentiful in mono-white but we do what we can), and land-drawing elements.
