I had a love for 3 things: Landfall, Crucible of Worlds, and Fastbond. And I wanted to make it hurt.
It's meant to be a very casual, fun deck. Unless you're opening with a hand of Fastbond, a Plains, a Swamp, a Forest, a Crucible of Worlds, and an Overgrown Estate, not much can be said for the reliability of the deck. That said, it works out a lot more often than it doesn't work out.
The goal is to have Fastbond, Crucible of Worlds, and Overgrown Estate out for infinite life through sacrificing lands and replaying them from the graveyard. The 3 life gain per land of Overgrown Estate outweighs the 1 life paid to play each extra land each turn. The combo doesn't end there, however. If a Lotus Cobra is on the field, you'll achieve infinite mana of any color you desire, as well as infinite life. This can usually allow you to drop a Rampaging Baloths in that turn, giving you infinite 4/4 beasts as well. If you have an Avenger of Zendikar instead, you'll acquire a few infinity/infinity+1 plant creatures.
The Farseek and Seek the Horizon are meant to get the Plains and Swamps needed for Overgrown Estate, as well as ramping hard to make Avenger of Zendikar more worth your while.
