Give your opponents what they think they want but cannot control

Multiplayer Nekusar, the Mindrazer EDH Stax/Draw Control on an expanding budget.

The Pools of Becoming is Nicol Bolas's meditation plane. It is a surreal, always-changing plane whose geography can mirror the thoughts and potential futures of its inhabitants. This deck is designed to do just that - create an ever-changing environment that adapts to its opponents through hand cycling effects. It dominates multiplayer EDH games by punishing opponents for one of the most basic aspects of Magic: drawing. The goal is to continuously cast wheel effects (discarding/shuffling hand and drawing new cards) to ensure that opponents are flooded with cards - to the extent that they drown in their most precious resource.

After a recent experience at FNM, I've decided to come back to this deck and create a sideboard that will allow for variance in the deck's level of competitiveness. At the highest end, we'll have access to a more combo feel with Glistening Oil and Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind+ Curiosity. On the lower end, we'll still have the same gameplan but be less consistent and less potent with our spells.

I welcome and encourage all suggestions, comments, and upvotes! Thanks for looking!
