Of course, you could combine a bit of this deck and a bit of that deck to make something unique. For that, I would change the Discard cards to counter cards (better to use Spell Shrivel or Clash of Wills) or draw cards like Anticipate.

Have u tried Vessel of Paramnesia to fill your graveyard fast? Its a cantrip too and looks good with Rise from the Tides.

Vessel of Paramnesia makes Invasive Surgery's delirium effect work if it's in your graveyard.

your description doesn't quite match up with your deck list. Trail of Evidence is in your description but inst in your list.Send to Sleep is a 2 of in your list but in game 2. Invasive Surgery is a 3 of in your side board but have +4 in game 2.against aggro you have Void Shatter as -4 but only have 2 in your deck list along with +4 Adverse Conditions but there are none in your sideboard

He has been updating the deck list a lot, it has taken quite a bit to get from where it was to where it is now. With all the changes being made and as frequently as things were changing I bet he just wanted to wait until he had a for sure build before editing again.

So this I love how this deck was originally. I play with my friends a lot and the only time I really ever lost was in free for all and they gang up on me. I have changed it so I use Brain in a Jar and changed some of the other cards to make Brain in a Jar useful. One thing that you need to add even is Skyline Cascade. Yes you will be "one mana behind" but to tap a creature for laying a land. So it can be used to tap and attack with Thing in the Ice  Flip or just defense.

Reread the skyline it just makes a creature not untap it doesnt tap it

Good call. I still think it is nice, they cant attack 2 turns in a row.

Paddy21389, just 1 turn, since you can only play lands on your turn...

Snow_Lynx, Yea but if using Grip of the Roil or I added Rush of Ice (1 mana to tap and it helps for transforming Thing in the Ice  Flip faster) so you can make it so they cant attack for 2-3 turns. I have been flirting with Brain in a Jar which I know you said you that was to slow which I can see that but I have also been trying Jace's Sanctum. Just to help get more spells out. I also put Westvale Abbey  Flip just so I have another win-con. This is all still stuff I am just flirting with and hopefully I will get to try this out at FNM.

Paddy21389, both Grip of the Roil and Rush of Ice tap for two turns, so Skyline Cascade is only useful if played during the turn after you play one of those two. I would skip it Snow_Lynx, especially if you use Engulf the Shore since it requires islands and cascade isn't an island.

Hey man, I've been playing this deck online a bit. Thank you for coming up with such a cheap & efficient standard option. I've been testing Westvale Abbey in there, throwing two in: it works. Not all the time, and it isn't always necessary to flip it, but in situations where Rise From The Tides won't cut it, Ormendahl does a fantastic job of saving my ass.

Voila, thanks again.

Snow_Lynx Any good ideas from Eldritch Moon? There is some room from cards of the new expansion in this deck?

Really awesome looking deck, but it looks like you're missing a super critical card maybe you've heard but if you haven't, Baral, Chief of Compliance this guy you need him in your deck, he fits like glove in what you're doing. Hope this suggestion helps! +1
