This deck is designed to use Master of Cruelties to the best of its ability because, quite frankly, he hasn't seen a lot of play. The deck tries to end the game with him in a number of ways.
The first thing that needs to happen is the deck needs to shut down blockers, which is accomplished primarily through Madcap Skills and Goblin Tunneler.
Next comes the matter of getting in the final 1 damage. Although I prefer using it as removal, Magma Jet can do this along with Fling, Perilous Myr, or, my personal favorite,
Skullsnatcher
via his ninjutsu, which is pretty much unstoppable.
