Pretty simple concept. All of the creatures are one mana, so really all you have to is put down one land of each color, except swamp because of Diabolic Tutor, which you hopefully won't need unless shit hits the fan. You should be trying to get 3 Elvish Mystic out ASAP to lower the amount of time you have to wait to play Coalition Victory. The only downside of this deck is it could take 8 turns to get out (or more if you are extremely unlucky). If you are playing an aggro deck that does tons of damage early, you're screwed. This isn't meant to be a "competitive" deck by any means. It's more of a troll your friends deck. So have fun with it, and hope you get good draws!
