I'm going to trip some chaff (including Akroma's Memorial) to put in the mana doublers you mentioned. I would run Mana Echoes(already have one woot) if this were a goblin deck and I'm sorely tempted to change things up to make it a goblin deck.
I will also find a spot for all evasion cards you mentioned they are just what I need.
I like the Rituals in this deck. Normally you 2for1 yourself casting something with a Ritual but in this circumstance I'm using a ritual to cast the opponents card(s) that I may not have had the mana to cast and missed my window to cast that god-awful-I'm-sick-of-seeing-it-in-commander-why-hasn't-it-been-banned-yet-Mikaeus, the Unhallowed. I will be cutting some of the Rocks for the preferential doublers.

I don't know what your budget is for the deck, buuuuuuuuuuut if you're generating a fair hand size, you might want to give Gamble a shot, it's a good mono-red tutor, sure you discard a card, but you have a fair chance of keeping the card you tutored for. Also, if you really want more ramp, a Gauntlet of Might will usually put you pretty far ahead, it will help you the Mono-red player more then anyone else(Unless there is another Mono-red player).
With that said, I really do like the new Goblin commander, he does give mono-red the option to build a psduo control deck, also ruining cards like Worldly Tutor, Mystical Tutor, ETC

Gamble is in budget but Gauntlet of Might def isn't. It is the best mana double for this color so I'd run it if this were meant to be competitive.
My main goal with this deck is to F-with decks that do put that kinda money in EDH without sinking to that level.

Wow, combining Grenzo with the red "screw blockers" stuff is fantastic. Can I recommend Heat Stroke? Turns all your chaff into suicidal deathtouch dudes

With all your mana doubling consider something like Banefire and possibly something other red X spells.

@Casey4321 /facepalm... such as Goblin Offensive?
@ManSauce thought that was in here, Thnx

Well yeah sure. But I'm thinking direct because if this runs into a board wipe it's screwed.

Also, Goblin King and Goblin Rabblemaster seem to be missing. Siege-Gang Commander, Goblin Diplomats, Goblin Sharpshooter, Goblin Catapult, Purphoros, God of the Forge and Obelisk of Urd might also be good.

Instead of Geosurge or some other ritual, how about Brightstone Ritual?
August 30, 2016 12:02 p.m.
@Everyone: thank you for your feedback.
Brightstone Ritual will do better than Geosurge most of the time, good catch.
@ManSauce:
Goblin King I'm on the fence about because of the Mountainwalk. My meta just doesn't have enough blockers for that to matter most the time and will be the color I want to attack the least.
Goblin Rabblemaster the must attack if able is just to narrow for me. I don't like cards that take away your choices.
Siege-Gang Commander is in a serious running to take out Empty the Warrens mana-wise I think Siege-Gang Commander may produce more goblins per mana I'll have to think about it.
Goblin Diplomats, Goblin Sharpshooter, Goblin Catapult, and Purphoros, God of the Forge provide great utility there just aren't enough spots to justify what they do. I'm trying to play cheap goblins so I can play THEIR spells and they just don't fit that.
Obelisk of Urd is great for a power boost but I'm only dedicating a few spots for this. I'd have to remove Coat of Arms or Shared Animosity. Do you think Obelisk of Urd would be than Shared Animosity considering the low amount of creatures(for a goblin deck) I'm running?
@Casey4321: I'm going to be playing this in multiplayer matches are there any spells you'd recommend that damage multiple opponents without killing my creature base?
August 30, 2016 7:52 p.m. Edited.
I suggested Goblin King mainly because hes a 3 mana 2/2 with an anthem, with the added bonus of mountainwalk if you need it. Plus hes the King of Goblins. Such flavor.
Rabblemaster is an iffy card, I get it, but Ive seen him do some beastly things in combination with equipment and the like. I was just thinking in a multiplayer game, if you have Grenzo out and a decent amount of goblins, you could orchestrate opponents creatures in such a way that their creatures will be tapped most of the time. Maybe Im being optimistic. I guess it depends on your meta and play style.
I wouldnt say the obelisk is better, as both have their own practical aspects, which are individually situational. If you need blockers, the obelisk is better. If you tend to attack more, animosity is what you want. Animosity pairs good with Rabblemaster by the way.

@ManSauce: I replaced Goblin Glider in favor of Goblin King only 1 more mana for alot more utility. +Great flavor bonus
I have also decided that Siege-Gang Commander will work out better than Empty the Warrens the majority of the time. The times Empty the Warrens will be better I'll be dominating anyway.

sweet deck, I also want to say I love the name. Shakespeare for life!
September 1, 2016 4:46 p.m.
@RyledUp yeah the definition of havoc Shakespeare uses means to pillage and steal so it fits what the deck is trying to do really well

Just chiming back in to say Blade of Selves and Whispersilk Cloak should be a MUST. Guaranteed Grenzo triggers.
Also I think you are lacking in the goblin power department. Alot of 1/1 for 1 that just dont have EDH staying power. Turn 5+ you are not going to be happy to draw and play: Goblin Glory Chaser, Goblin Mountaineer, Mogg Fanatic, Mogg Sentry, Foundry Street Denizen or Mudbrawler Cohort and Goblin Striker.
I would recommend replacements like: Goblin Matron, Goblin Recruiter, Goblin Sharpshooter, Goblin Welder, Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, Mogg War Marshal, Rabble-Rouser, Reckless Bushwhacker, Spikeshot Elder, Taurean Mauler, Caterwauling Boggart, Goblin Assassin, Goblin Heelcutter, Beetleback Chief, Sensation Gorger, and maybe Moggcatcher.
I know there are alot of choices there, but there are muuuuuch better goblins than the ones on your list right now, and with EDH you want long term power, not turn 3 kills.
P.S. If you decide to add Goblin Sharpshooter, also make room for Basilisk Collar to kill all target-able creatures.

Those are good goblins and I would use them if this were a dedicated goblin deck(in fact almost all of them are in my Goblin deck:Red Goblins Win). My goal with Grenzo is to have more attackers than they have blockers. The value of the attackers is not what I'm after, it's sheer numbers.
My value is going to come from the opponents deck, not mine. My goal with Grenzo, Havoc Raiser is to cast opponents spells not win through goblin horde.
Also there are a decent amount of wheels in this deck and it's been quite easy to get Dragon Mage out with all the ramp. Wheeling into 3 1CMC 1/1's is better than wheeling into 3 3CMC value-goblins when you are trying to swing wide.

Maybe Goblin Freerunner? I'm not very good at goblins, so I don't know.
September 5, 2016 8:39 p.m.
@xtopazinferno that is a pretty good suggestion for this deck I have a good chance of casting something else for 1-2 so it makes him pretty good.

Great deck! definitely provided some inspiration for the Grenzo deck I'm putting together. Yours is more goblin tribal than mine..cool to see the different takes.
I'd like to suggest Battle Hymn for one of your instant speed ramps. With the amount of goblins in here it should net you a ton of mana. Maybe better than Infernal Plunge?
Also, Break Through the Line is great at getting your creatures through.
My deck is: Greedy, Goading Grenzo

Coat of Arms gives a bigger bonus, but you run the risk of boosting an opponents creatures too. With Obelisk of Urd you get a guaranteed "big" anthem (+2/+2 instead of +1/+1) and you only boost your own creatures. I feel that the Obelisk is the "safer" option, but if you can get away with the Coat of Arms in your meta, then, hell, go for it, dude.

I think the rocks and rituals are wasted card slots, you would be better off laying down permanents that your opponents have to deal with like Mana Flare or Extraplanar Lens or Gauntlet of Power. Also adding Gemstone Array allows you to store some of that mana on a turn you may not have use for it. Get a Mana Echoes before it goes up in price any more as well.
Also for evasion I prefer Bedlam, War Cadence and War's Toll. This gives you the ability yo give your opponents creatures (the ones to cast and steal, off Grenzo) evasion, and you dont have to rely on 1 time effects or creature ability's that no longer work once you play any permanent buff effect. Also I think Akroma's Memorial is a "win more" card, not a win faster card.
Here is my list if you are curious:http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/grenzo-havoc-raiser-edh/
